  3. Bill’s Red Flesh — red-fleshed, tangy, great for color; ripens late summer (Aug–Sep).

  4. Burford Red Flesh — watermelon-red flesh, great for cider color/sauce; ripens ~Oct 20.

  5. Frost MN 447 (Frostbite™) — super sweet “brown sugar” vibe; white flesh; ripens late Sep–mid Oct.

  6. Honey Gold (Honeygold) — sweet, smooth, keeps well; white flesh; ripens early Oct.

  7. Lancaster Smoke House (Smokehouse) — PA heirloom, spicy/sweet, good keeper; white flesh; ripens ~Oct 20.
